Our Approach
We embrace a holistic approach to early childhood education, focusing on the cognitive emotional social and physical development of each child. Our play based curriculum encourages exploration, creativity and critical thinking, allowing children to learn at their own pace in a supportive engaging environment
Communication and Language
We encourage communication skills through Language rich environments, promoting effective communication by encouraging children to express their thoughts and ideas, listening to others and engaging in conversations with peers and teachers
Physical Development
We understand that physical development is fundamental to a child's overall growth and well-being. Through playful movement, children develop essential skills such as coordination, control and balance, helping them gain confidence in their abilities and thrive in their early years.

Literacy
Jellytots Nursery fosters early years literacy through a rich, language rich environment where reading, writing, and communication are woven into daily routines. Staff are trained in early years education and regularly engage children in purposeful activities such as storytelling, role play, and phonics-based games.
Understanding the World
Jellytots Nursery nurtures children’s understanding
of the world by immersing them in hands-on experiences that spark curiosity and exploration. Through nature-based learning, seasonal activities,
and educational outings, children engage with the environment and begin to make sense of their
place within it.
Expressive Art and Design
Jellytots Nursery promotes Expressive Arts and Design (EAD) by offering children daily opportunities to explore a wide range of media and materials in a nurturing, play-based environment. Through activities in art, music, movement, dance, role-play, and design technology, children are encouraged to express their ideas, emotions, and creativity freely.
