Annual Leave and Pensions
Annual leave entitlements are clearly structured to ensure fairness and work-life balance. Full-time employees typically receive 28 days of paid holiday per year, inclusive of bank holidays, with pro-rata calculations applied for part-time and term-time staff. Room Leader - Level 3 Full TimeList Item 1
We’re looking for a confident, nurturing Room Leader to join our passionate team and lead a vibrant early years room. You’ll be responsible for creating a warm, stimulating environment where children thrive, while supporting and inspiring your team to deliver outstanding care and learning. This role combines hands-on practice with leadership, planning, and key person responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead daily routines and activities in line with EYFS
- Support staff development and wellbeing within your room
- Maintain high standards of safeguarding, health & safety, and record-keeping
- Build strong partnerships with families and contribute to the nursery’s ethos
Requirements:
- Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or equivalent)
- Previous experience in a nursery setting
- Strong communication and team leadership skills
- A genuine passion for child development and inclusive practice

L2 or 3 Nursery Practitioner - Full TimeList Item 2
We’re seeking a caring, enthusiastic Nursery Practitioner to join our dedicated team and help create a safe, inspiring environment where children can flourish. You’ll play a key role in supporting children’s learning and development through play, observation, and meaningful interactions, while working closely with families and colleagues to uphold our nursery’s ethos of fairness, wellbeing, and excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality care and learning in line with the EYFS
- Act as a key person, building strong relationships with children and families
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to planning and assessments
- Support a positive, inclusive team culture and uphold safeguarding standards
Requirements:
- Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or equivalent)
- A genuine passion for working with young children
- Good communication skills and a proactive, team-focused attitude
